Returns and exchanges will be authorised only where the product or products remain in original packaging with all labels intact and with no sign of use.
In the first instance you should contact email@example.com , stating the reason for your return. We will provide further guidance on how to return your item/s.
Unless goods are faulty or we have dispatched the incorrect item it is the purchaser’s responsibility to return the goods at their own cost. Adequate packaging to protect the items/s should be used and proof of postage should be obtained. Where possible we would advise using a tracked service as we are unable to accept responsibility for returns lost or misplaced in the postal system.
Cancellation of an order
You may cancel your order placed up to the point of dispatch. Upon cancellation, all payments will be fully refunded within 2 working days.
